Where we ship
We currently ship in Lebanon. If your country isn't listed at checkout, we don't ship there yet.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within [1–2] business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery times & costs
Delivery estimates start from the dispatch date, not the order date.

Free standard shipping on orders over [$35].
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, weather and peak periods can extend them.
Tracking
Your tracking number arrives by email once your parcel is collected. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking to show movement — this is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Customs, duties & import taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and they are the recipient's responsibility.
We can't predict these charges or reimburse them. If a parcel is refused and returned to us because duties were unpaid, we can refund the product price minus shipping costs incurred.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we can resend it once you've paid the shipping again, or refund the product price minus shipping.
If you spot a mistake, email koyashoplb@gmail.com immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking hasn't updated in [10] business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us at koyashoplb@gmail.com. We'll open an enquiry with the carrier and sort out a replacement or refund once resolved.
Please allow the full estimated delivery window before reporting a parcel as lost.
Damaged in transit
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the outer packaging, and we'll replace or refund it in full.
