The site is operated by Koya ("KOYA", "we", "us").

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from this store. By ordering you confirm you meet that requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.

KOYA is a cosmetic skincare product, not a medicine. It is intended for external use on the skin.


  • It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

  • Statements on this site have not been evaluated by any medical or regulatory authority.

  • Results vary from person to person. Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific outcome.

  • If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are using prescription skincare, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.


Always patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only.

3. Product information and images

We work to describe products accurately, but we don't warrant that descriptions, images, colours or other content are error-free. Photography is illustrative; the product you receive may vary slightly in appearance.


Before-and-after images show individual customers' experiences and are not a guarantee of results. Where images have been cropped or colour-corrected for consistency, no retouching of skin has been applied.

4. Pricing and availability

All prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, and we may refuse or cancel any order — including after it's been placed — where there's an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock is unavailable. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.


Prices exclude shipping and any import duties or taxes, which are shown at checkout or payable on delivery as set out in our Shipping Policy.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment providers. You confirm you're authorised to use the payment method.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Reviews and content you submit

If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our products and marketing, including on this site and on social media. You confirm the content is yours to share and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.


We may edit submissions for length or clarity, and may decline or remove any submission. If you want your content removed, email us and we'll take it down from our own channels.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break any law, infringe our or anyone else's rights, upload malicious code, scrape or harvest data, or interfere with the site's operation or security.

9. Intellectual property

The site and its content — including the KOYA name, logo, text, photography and design — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.


Third-party names and marks referred to on this site belong to their respective owners and their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
